Laing and Simmons Annandale managed a rental property on my behalf at Leichhardt from March 2004 til December 2005.

During this period managed everything from the cleaning of the premises, attending to minor repairs and regular inspections of the property.

Everything was handled in a very professional manner and I was kept fully informed at all times and consulted before any work was carried out.

On expiration of the lease the was left in immaculate condition and did not require even a vacuum clean.

In February 2008 I authorised Laing + Simmons Annandale to take over the management of my investment Unit in Lakemba. I had previously used the services of another Agent who I was completely dissatisfied with as the tenant was constantly in arrears and had caused damage to the property. Since employing Laing + Simmons Annandale the rent has never been in arrears and the condition of the property and the conduct of the tenant has been monitored.
